Radio Maria England will begin a new programme slot in the evenings from 8.30 – 9.30pm.  This new programme slot will be titled Credo.

One of the distinctive features of Christianity is our emphasis on a creed, a summary statement of faith. The Latin term credo is often translated today as “I believe…” but it is important to remember that its literal meaning is “I give my heart…” The Creed is in the language of the heart, a profound expression of commitment, not simply a list of statements.

Credo will share speakers with our listeners that will share topics of “Giving our heart to Jesus”.  This may be through prayer, through service or through mission.  Speakers will come from a variety of vocations and will share how they live out the Creed through their lives.  They will share with listeners instructions, advise and personal examples of how they give their heart to Jesus and the Church, the body of Christ.

Currently, Credo will be broadcast on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30pm – 9.30pm. The programmes will be available as a podcast.
