Just Life – Sandra Bearcroft and Pets As Therapy

Sandra Bearcroft joined Radio Maria England’s family on Wednesday, 3 November, and shared her passion for the charity, Pets As Therapy.  During our 10 am programme slot – Just Life – Sandra shared how she and her pet dog, Merlin, became involved with PAT and how she and Merlin has been able to support paitents at Addenbrookes and Homerton College in Cambridge.  She shared more about how the charity works, how pets are chosen (dogs or cats) and how the charity supports the volunteers as they visit support homes, care homes, schools and hospitals.
